Shipping within the UK

For deliveries within the UK we use the Fedex tracked service. Postage costs range from £6.00 to £12.00 depending on your order weights. These charges will be added to your basket after you have entered your delivery address, in order to ensure the correct price for your location.

Shipping to Korea

한국 배송은 주문 후 7일 이내에 (주말, 공휴일 제외) 한국에 도착합니다. 배송비는 기본 1kg £24 이며 0.5kg 당 £1.7 씩 추가됩니다.(결제 시 자동 계산됩니다.) 한국 통관 시 관세는 고객 분께서 직접 납부하시면 되고, 관세를 납부하셔야 국내 배송이 이루어집니다. 결제하실 때, 한글성함, 한글주소, 개인 통관 부호를 메모란에 꼭 남겨주세요. 

• 한국 내 세금 지불 건은 저희와 무관한 사항임을 다시 한번 알려드립니다. 

• 교환 / 환불은 수령 후 2주 이내로 가능하며, 도서와 재킷, 잼은 손상되었을 경우를 제외하고는 교환 / 환불이 절대 불가 합니다.

• 반품 왕복 국제 배송비는 고객 부담이며, 이메일이나 DM으로 반품 여부를 먼저 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.

Returns

Due to COVID-19, we have extended our refund period to within one month of delivery. Goods must be in their original packaging and in a fully resealable condition. Please note that we do not accept few items(jackets, books and jams) and reimburse any return postage / tax costs.
